Arkansas Wild: Story of Trout Tourism on the Little Red River (1:00 pm)
The Little Red River in Arkansas is an internationally famous trout stream and home to a self-sustaining wild brown trout population that once produced a world-record fish.
Wild Idea: Birth of APA (2:00 pm)
A chronicle of the history of New York’s Adirondack Park – a park larger than Yellowstone, Yosemite, Glacier, Grand Canyon, and Great Smokies National Parks combined – and the founding of the Adirondack Park Agency 50 years ago.
Boblo Boats: A Detroit Ferry Tale (3:00 pm)
For over 85 years, steamships Ste. Claire and SS Columbia transported generations of Detroiters to Boblo Island, an amusement park nestled in the waters between the US and Canada.
Treasures of New York: NY State Capitol (4:00 pm)
A recount of the untimely demise and rebuilding of the New York State Capitol building, a landmark that took 32 years, 25 million dollars, five architects and 11 state governors to create.
