WATERTOWN, NY (August 27, 2024) – WPBS is excited to participate in Carthage Area School’s first BACK to SCHOOL BASH for the entire district PK-12 on Thursday, August 29, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Carthage School will be giving out free backpacks, free haircuts, free dinner, with tons of community resource tables attending, games, raffles, music and more!
