PBS has finally heard the voice of local stations and is providing a pledge schedule around our core program service! This means less interruptions of the regular schedule and more opportunities to support YOUR favorite programs on WPBS: Monday, 12/1 you’ll enjoy Antiques Roadshow, Junk in your Trunk at 8 pm followed by 50 Years of Peter, Paul & Mary at 9:30 pm; Tuesday, 12/2 brings you American Experience: Rediscovering Bing Crosby at 8 pm followed by The Candy Bomber at 10 pm; other specials include NOVA’s First Man on the Moon, Wednesday, 12/3 at 9pm; Renee Fleming’s Christmas in New York on Thursday, December 4 at 9 pm; A Tribute to Bruce Springsteen on Friday, 12/5 at 8 pm; Lawrence Welk’s Holiday Special: Great Moments and Memories on Saturday, 12/6 at 7 pm; and, Jackie Evancho: Awakening on Sunday December 7 at 3:30 pm.
