Watertown, NY- WPBS, in cooperation with the Lowville Town Hall Theater, will host the feature-length red carpet premiere of Sid the Science Kid-The Movie. This 75-minute feature movie presentation will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 11am. There is no registration required and attendance is free of charge.
As part of the red carpet experience, there will be the opportunity for photos, free stickers and Sid tattoos (while supplies last). Also, as children arrive they can participate in a hands-on science experiment in the lobby.
WPBS hosts a PBS Kids movie event once a year for the local community. The Lowville Town Hall Theater has 650 seats, so families of all sizes are encouraged to attend. Sid the Science Kid-The Movie will be released on DVD on March 19 and will premiere on PBS the week of March 25.
