A Georgia judge Tuesday blocked a new rule requiring counties to hand-count Election Day ballots after the polls close. McBurney’s ruling comes as the state broke its first-day record for early voting, with more than 300,000 Georgia voters casting ballots. Lisa Desjardins reports.
