Rosalind P. Walter, one of the most generous supporters of PBS programming, died this week at age 95. Her name has been on the credits of shows like American Masters, Great Performances, Ken and Ric Burns’ films and dozens of other programs including NewsHour and NewsHour Weekend. She also was a WNET trustee for decades and became its most generous individual donor. Hari Sreenivasan has more.
