Old Sodus Point Light, Sodus, NY
In 1825 the first light on Great Sodus Bay was erected.
It was replaced by the current structure in 1870.
Decommissioned in 1901
Today, the Old Sodus Point Lighthouse is a museum full of sailing, shipping, and lighthouse artifacts
Visitors can climb to the top of the tower.
