Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear was emotional discussing the shooting in Louisville on Monday. Police say a 23-year-old armed with a rifle shot and killed four people at a bank, where the shooter was employed.
“This is awful. I have a very close friend that didn’t make it today. And I have another close friend who didn’t either, and one who’s at the hospital that I hope is going to make it through,” the Democratic governor said following the shootings.
