IAEA chief addresses growing nuclear risks in Ukraine and Iran

Volodymyr Zelenskyy told the United Nations that Russia is preparing to attack Ukraine’s nuclear plants. At the same time, Iranian officials have repeatedly stated they are interested in resuming nuclear diplomacy.
