The Czech Republic was the first country to provide Ukraine with Soviet-era tanks, while it also supplied artillery and infantry fighting vehicles. Both nations have similar weapons systems, allowing the Ukrainians to use the Czech armaments effectively with little training. Jan Lipavasky, the Czech Republic’s minister of foreign affairs, joins Judy Woodruff to discuss his country’s involvement.
