More than 1 million people in the United States so far have died from COVID-19 in the United States by some counts. For loved ones left behind, feelings of deep sorrow and anger seem to go unnoticed in our society, grief expert and author David Kessler told the PBS NewsHour: “Each one of these statistics is a life.”
