WPBS-TV is pleased to announce the screening of “Once Upon a Sesame Street Christmas”, Thursday, November 16th at 4pm in the WPBS studio, located at 1056 Arsenal St., Watertown, NY. “Once Upon a Sesame Street Christmas” opens with the lyrical number “Holiday Lights”, a musical glimpse into the homes of Sesame Street families celebrating winter holidays, and unfolds into a fanciful bedtime story that brings the past alive. After a day of holiday fun, while being tucked into a bed on Christmas Eve, Elmo asks, “Why do we leave cookies out for Santa?” WPBS will host special guest, Cookie Monster and friends from the North Pole before they get too busy at Christmas! This special movie event will also include a coloring station, a chance to make a “take-home” Christmas craft and light refreshments.  So please join us for what is sure to be a fun afternoon and watch Sesame Street on the big screen! This movie event is free and open to the public.  For more information about Cinema Six and upcoming children’s events, please visit wpbstv.org/cinemasix.
