Each year, at the end of August, blowing winds bring very cold water up to the surface in the bay. Along with cold water comes small life and big life: blue whales, humpback whales, sharks, sea lions, sea otters. Big Blue Live is a live television event that will capture the excitement, mystery and resurgence of Monterey Bay in California.
