Scottish actor Nicholas Ralph stars as veterinarian James Herriot at the start of his storied career in rural Yorkshire in the 1930s. Co-starring in this all-new adaptation of Herriot’s bestselling memoir are Samuel West, Anna Madeley, Callum Woodhouse, Rachel Shenton, and Diana Rigg—plus an engaging cast of horses, cattle, dogs, and cats. The series is a beautiful remake of the popular family drama that aired on British and American television from 1978 to 1990.
