The United States on Friday agreed to submit written responses next week to Russia’s demands over how to end the crisis over Ukraine. The announcement came during a high level diplomatic meeting in Geneva, as Russia maintains overwhelming force along the Ukrainian border, and has now deployed to neighboring Belarus.
