“If They Are Stubborn, Then We Will Kill Them” | FRONTLINE

In a new FRONTLINE documentary that goes inside Rodrigo Duterte’s war on drug suspects in the Philippines, police officers speak openly about the killings of suspected drug users and dealers. “If they are stubborn, then we will kill them,” a police chief in the Caloocan district of Manila says in this excerpt from “On the President’s Orders.”
