When federal health officials approved new COVID shots in September, doses were expected to be available in pharmacies within days. But two weeks later, many people are having trouble finding the vaccines, and if they do get an appointment, some are having trouble getting insurance to cover the cost. Katelyn Jetelina, a University of Texas epidemiologist, joins John Yang to discuss.
